There will be a free 5,000 seedling giveaway donated by Trees For Houston. Seedlings include American Beautyberry, Buttonbush, Dwarf Pomegranate, Eastern Redbud, Red Buckeye, Southern Magnolia, Turk's Cap, Vitex, Roughleaf Dogwood, and Sweetbay Magnolia.

CenterPoint Energy foresters will be on hand to let you know where to safely plant your seedlings at your home.

Raki Computer Recycling will be sponsoring a free e-recycling event for all Evelyn's Park attendees to celebrate Earth Day! Look for the big RAKI truck that will be positioned on the "Great Lawn".

The City of Bellaire Arts Board will be hosting a community rock painting project. Finished rocks will be included in a temporary art installation by Betsy’s at Evelyn’s Park.

The City of Bellaire Environmental Sustainability Board will be hosting their famous Crush the Can and provide everyone with recycling education.

Texas Master Naturalist - Gulf Coast Chapter will be providing education on the beneficial management of natural resources and natural areas for the State of Texas.
