Join The Buzz Magazines and Pledge To Fitness trainers for a fun, free, weekly workout in a beautiful setting!
Thursday at 8:30 AM in the Event Center
	This free class will include: 
	-15-minute Warm Up
	-15-minute Stretch and Corrective Exercise portion
	-25-minute Targeted Workout 
	-5-minute Cool Down
	All fitness levels are welcome.
	No need to RSVP - just join us and bring a positive attitude! 
	Water will be provided. Please bring your own yoga mat, though there will be a few extras. 
	The workout is hosted by The Buzz Magazines in collaboration with Evelyn's Park Conservancy, and Pledge to Fitness.
