10-18   30 alternating reverse lunges, 20 bicycle crunches, 15 push ups ( option on knees)

10-19  25 butterfly sit ups, 40 Mt. Climbers, palm over palm planks

10-20  25 ab crunches, 30 alternating lunges, 15 tricep dips

10-21  30 heel touches alternating, 25 air squats, 15 push ups

10-22  30 alternating walking lunges, 20 alternating Russian twists, 15 tricep dips

10-23  20 sumo squats, 15 push ups, 20 ab crunches

10-24  10 burpees, 25 glute bridges, 40 sec. plank hold
