The Max Challenge - Virtual

THE MAX Challenge is a group training program that combines fitness, nutrition, and motivation to help our members achieve INCREDIBLE results, both physically AND mentally.

In partnership with Evelyn's Park, the MAX is offering this complimentary cardio HIIT (high-intensity interval training) class, which appeals to all levels of fitness. All you need is you, floor space to move, and your water.
