Experience F45 Training outside of the studio with a fun, engaging and sweat dripping outdoor boot camp!

We want to ensure your health and safety while with us, know that we will be doing the following...

Social Distancing: Every attendee will have space to spread out at least 6ft apart from one another

Sanitizer Provided: We will have sanitizer readily available for use

Mask: Please wear a mask while entering and exiting our space. Masks are not required during the workout. Please provide your own individual mask to wear.

What should I bring?

Water bottle

Towel (you'll want to wipe the sweat!)

Optional: Workout mat (we will be on grass)
